Resending an assessment to your candidate can easily be done in your portal!
If you have already invited your candidate for an assessment, but for some reason it is necessary they need to do it again, you can reinvite them. The way to do is, is to click the button shown below in the candidate's profile.
After pressing this button, you can choose which assessment you would like to resend to your candidate.
So if a candidate was only invited for the personality test, you can also send the cognitive test if you think this is necessary.
Please do not to reinvite your candidate in the invitation part of the portal (shown in red below). This is where you invite NEW candidates, not old ones. By doing this, your candidate will receive an e-mail asking to share or not share their previously made assessment and will not receive the option to make the assessment again. This is because our system will track previously made assessments and gives the option to share.
