Sending an invitation to your candidates is easy in your user portal.

In this article, we will guide you step by step on how to easily invite a candidate to take an assessment.


To include a new candidate to your selection process, you have to invite them to your candidate portal.

Name and email address

To begin with, fill in the candidate's name and their email address. They will receive the invitation to make the assessment on this email address and will be addressed by their first name.

Language

You can also choose the preferred language. The candidate will then be automatically invited to the assessment in the chosen language. The personality test is also automatically set to the chosen language, and for the intelligence test, the candidate can choose the language themselves. At this moment, we have 5 languages available in which the personality test can be taken. The intelligence test is available in 44 languages, as much as possible so that candidates can measure their intelligence in their own native language.

How do I change the language of my portal?

Type of assessment

Below this, you can specify which type of assessment you want to send to the candidate. You have the option to send either a personality test alone, or decide to send the cognitive test (at three different levels) along with the personality test. The personality test is always sent out to the candidate, and the cognitive test is optional.

Testing for intelligence is not always necessary, as not every role requires an individual to have a specific level of intelligence. We recommend not sending out an intelligence test unless it is truly necessary for the role.

Job profile

You can now choose a Job profile. You can decide to link this to the candidate, but this job profile can always be modified or removed. It's important to note that the chosen job profile does not affect the assessment questions; they remain the same for everyone.

Send the invite

Once you have filled in all the necessary information, simply press the Send button. At that moment, an invitation is sent directly to the candidate's email address. In this email, the candidate can find general information about the assessment and the further steps they need to follow.
