You can easily manage all your candidates in your portal. In this article, we will guide you step by step through the various options to gain insight into the progress of candidates, view reports, and even reinvite candidates if necessary.
Candidate List Overview: In the candidate list, you find an overview of all the candidates you have invited to complete an assessment. Here is a visual representation of the portal available.
Insight into Candidates: For each candidate on the list, you can view detailed information. You can immediately see which assessments the candidate has been invited to. Importantly, you can also see which parts of the assessment the candidate has already completed. Additionally, you can see if the candidate has already shared the report with the company, indicating that the report is available for viewing.

Cognitive Test: If you have invited the candidate to the cognitive test, additional data will appear. You can see against which norm group the candidate has been compared and gain insight into the G-score after the report is shared. If no cognitive test has been sent, this section will remain empty.
Job Profile Match Score: The candidate's profile also displays the match score they have for the chosen job profile. You have the option to compare the candidate to other job profiles, even if a job profile has not yet been selected.
Reinvite: If for any reason you wish to reinvite the candidate to do the assessment, you can easily do so in the portal. Under the candidate's email address, you can find a circular arrow. Click on it to choose whether you want to reinvite the candidate for the entire test or for a specific section. Even if you did not originally invite the candidate to the cognitive test, you can still do so here.
