In this article, you will read about everything you can find in the insights function within your portal.
With this function, you gain additional insights into your portal and its usage.
The first statistic you see is In Process. This shows the number of candidates that have not yet been evaluated and are still in the evaluation process. Once all candidates in the portal have been evaluated, this number will be zero.
Next to this, you find the Average Match Score. This figure represents the match between the skills and qualifications of all candidates and the requirements of a specific job profile.
You can also view the Average G-factor. This is an average score that reflects the cognitive abilities of all candidates who have completed the cognitive test.
In addition, the portal provides insights into the 3 Most Used Job Profiles. If you do not use job profiles, this is also displayed.
Finally, you can see the Percentage of Accepted and Rejected Candidates. To get insight into this statistic, it is recommended to fill in the status of each candidate in the portal (see image on the right).
With the filters, you can also gain insights into, for example, specific job profiles or the process status of candidates. If you adjust the filters, the insights will adjust accordingly.
