In this article, you will learn about the user portal and how the candidate views it.


In addition to the portal where you, as a recruiter, can view the results of all your candidates. This is called the company portal. Besides that, each candidate also has their own personal portal. These are different from each other.

In the user-portal, the candidate has a clear overview of the tasks they need to complete. Above, you can see an example of how this appears to the candidate. Note: this portal is personalized for each candidate, and only they have access to it. You as a company cannot access this.


Tasks

For each task, the candidate can easily see what they still need to complete to finish the process. There is also a handy progress bar to show how far along the candidate is with completion. Once everything is finished, the candidate can view and share the report.


Language

In the top right corner of the user portal, you can change the language. The available languages are Dutch, Flemish, German, English, French, Spanish, and Italian. Once the candidate selects a language, the assessment will also be presented in that language.

Practice

When the candidate is invited to take the intelligence test, they can practice the various sections. At the bottom of the user portal, the candidate will find the option to practice. If the candidate overlooks this and starts the assessment without practising, they will be reminded to practice before the assessment begins.
