When you want to share a report with your colleagues, we offer various options.
At the bottom of the report, you see a menu with options. Here, you can choose to download the report, share the report, and to download the interview questions.
When you click the Download report button, the report is downloaded as a PDF document immediately. However, we would like to caution you when using this feature. Our reports contain confidential information that should not be distributed indiscriminately for privacy reasons. Make sure to share this information only with authorized individuals for whom it is relevant to receive this information. Additionally, we recommend deleting the downloaded documents once they are no longer needed to prevent them from remaining on an unauthorized location on a computer years later.
Privacy It's important to know that when you download these interview questions, a separate PDF document is created. In this PDF document, only the initials of the candidate are included, which contributes to the protection of their privacy. This ensures that the candidate's personal information remains securely stored in the downloaded document.
A safer way to share reports is through online methods. Simply click the Share report button. Here, you have the option to enable or disable various features for the person you want to share the report with. Below, you can find the available options.
Here, various options are offered. You have the possibility to determine which features a specific user can or cannot see within the report.
You can decide whether the respective user is able to change the job profile within the report. If you do not enable this option, that person can only view the report based on the job profile you have selected. Furthermore, you can choose whether to display the match score, either alone or in combination with the job profile, and with or without the display of areas of development and the results of the intelligence test.
Using this method, you can better control access to the report and ensure secure and authorized distribution.
