The motives show what motivates a candidate to do something. This section is located in the candidates report below Competency indicators.
The motives show what motivates a candidate. The candidate ranks the motives from 1 to 10 during the making of the assessment. At 1, the candidate puts the motive that motivates them most. At 10 the motive that motivates the candidate the least. If the ranking of the motives matches those of the organisation, the candidate will remain intrinsically motivated to work within the organisation.
On the left side of the ranking you can see the ranking that the candidate gave. On the right side, you can see the 3 most important motives in the job profile.
At the bottom of this section, you find interview questions. These interview questions are generated by AI. All interview questions delve deeper into the most deviant scores of the candidate compared to the selected job profile, or lowest scores if no job profile is selected.
When generating interview questions with AI, only anonymized data is used.
