At the bottom of every section, you will find the interview questions. These interview questions delve deeper into the most deviant scores of the candidate compared to the selected job profile, or lowest scores if no job profile is selected.

Download interview questions

In a candidate's report, there is a feature available to download interview questions. You can find this option at the bottom of your candidate’s report. These questions are composed in two different ways. The first five questions are standard questions essential for every job interview. The next five questions are specifically generated based on the candidate's results, taking into account the job profile against which the candidate has been assessed. For example, if a candidate scores low on a competency that is crucial for the position/job profile, a targeted question about this topic is created. Similarly, if there is a high score on a certain competency, a question may also arise from this. This enables the interviewer to directly gauge how the candidate themselves thinks about these specific competencies or aspects.

Privacy

It's important to know that when you download these interview questions, a separate PDF document is created. In this PDF document, only the initials of the candidate are included, which contributes to the protection of their privacy. This ensures that the candidate's personal information remains securely stored in the downloaded document.
