Our main source for attracting new talent is LinkedIn. We target (almost) graduated law students and initiate contact with them. During this contact, we inform them about our talent pool and the potential benefits it could offer them.
In addition, we maintain partnerships with various organizations, including student study associations and other legal student organizations.
Interested students can register themselves and complete an assessment. They also specify their personal preferences, such as the desired start date, their areas of interest within law, and the type of position they are seeking.
