In this article, you will learn what culture means and how it is measured. This section can be found below the section called Culture.
The scores on cultural preferences show how someone prefers to relate to the environment and how the environment relates to them. The higher scores show the cultural preferences that the candidate prefers within a company culture. The lower scores show the manners and working methods that the candidate does not like within a company culture.
In the top-left section, you will find a brief summary of the candidate's assessment results. To the right of this, you will see the candidate's score compared to the three most important cultural preferences in the job profile.
