Underneath the Intelligence, you will find the Competency Indicators. We will tell you all about it in this article.

Competency indicators

Competencies in which the candidate scores high, come naturally and easily to the candidate. When a candidate scores low on a specific competency, it does not mean that they are necessarily very bad at it or cannot develop it. However, it does mean that it will always require more energy and/or time for them.
